Crosskey Banking is looking to hire a RPG developer and Application Manager to join their Credits Management & Risk team in Stockholm City.

As Application Manager in the area of Credits Management & Risk you will be managing credits, compliance, and collaterals. Your team consists of Product Managers, Product Specialists, System Architects, and other developers that contribute throughout the chain of system development from requirements analysis, design, implementation, and quality assurance.
Your home office can be in Stockholm city and it is a permanent full-time position following a hybrid work model. At Crosskey, we have an open and flexible working culture built on mutual trust.
- Develop new technical solutions in line with product requirements and overall system requirements.
- Support development projects by participating in decision-making and guiding developers with specifications.
- Be responsible for the management and operation of applications and initiate and pursue technical improvements in consultation with the System Architect.
- Close collaboration internally with team members and externally in dialogue with customers.
We are looking for a person who is initiative-taking, analytical and logical and who possesses excellent communication skills. You have good social skills and create good conditions both within your team and with customers with a strong focus on both quality and follow-up on goals. Additionally, you are solution oriented and doer. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish. As stakeholders are Swedish speaking, it is of importance that you have this skill.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES:
- Knowledge of programming language RPG, IBM.
- Knowledge in Credits, Compliance and Colaterals within banking.
- Analytical skills with a good structure.
- Solution oriented.
- Driven and a doer mentality.
- Fluent in English and Finnish/Swedish, written and spoken.
