Biogas Manager

We are now looking for a Biogas Manager, Sales Nordics for our BtB Sales team within the Sales & Brands unit, where we aim to build and further develop the Biogas Sales at St1.

As a Biogas Manager, your primary role will be to support and improve Biogas Sales performance within the Sales Organization. You will work closely with Sales Managers to establish new biogas business relationships and develop commercial partnerships related to Biogas. Your responsibilities will include developing the necessary skills to provide comprehensive Biogas Value Chain support for the Nordic Sales organization.

To succeed in this position, we value knowhow in the field of energy regulation, national incentives, and the impact of political decisions on energy market. Additionally, knowledge of road transportation customer needs and future expectations is an asset for this role. We expect you to have a customer-oriented mindset.

The role demands strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Key stakeholders include internal sales, sustainability, biogas and marketing teams. You will report to the Head of Sales Finland, and engage with key customer partners such as truck manufacturers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Biogas Sales Volumes and Margins
  • Develop Biogas Sales capability and performance within the Nordics, in alignment with the sales organization
  • Enhance the overall Value Chain performance, with a particular focus on customer experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the different internal teams
  • Connect with key customer partners, such as truck manufacturers and insurance providers

Biogas Manager, we are looking for has:

  • Knowhow of most important business KPI´s and skills to present key message to relevant stakeholders when needed
  • Deep knowledge in the field of energy regulation, national incentives, and the impact of political decisions on energy market
  • Knowledge of road transportation customer needs and future expectations
  • Sales and Customer oriented mindset
  • Co-operation skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in one Nordic language. Fluence in verbal Swedish is an asset
  • Readiness to travel within the Nordics
