System Architect – Core & Credits

Are you passionate about designing scalable, secure software solutions that drive business success? We are looking for a System Architect to join our Architect Team in Core & Credits. In this role, you will play a key part in both the agile development team, Team Credit, and a collaborative virtual team of Architects.

As a System Architect, you will lead the technical evolution of our product, contributing both as a developer within the team and as a strategic architect guiding our systems toward scalability and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop system architectures for cloud services (AWS) and on-premises solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Make informed technical decisions that align with business goals, keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the process.

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, analyze potential solutions, and drive implementation.

• Conduct security assessments and implement best practices to safeguard systems against threats.

• Contribute hands-on to software development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

Who You Are

You should apply if you:

• Have a strong technical background with experience in Java, AWS, Spring, and Microservices.

• Are proactive, analytical, and a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of both business and technology.

• Excel in communication and collaboration, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Thrive in an agile environment, working closely with teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

• Are committed to security best practices and designing robust, future-proof systems.

• Have several years of experience in software development and system architecture.

• Possess strong English language skills (Swedish or Finnish languages are a plus).
