About the Role:
Fujitsu, in collaboration with Barona Sweden, is looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist to support critical operations at their public sector customer. This role focuses on analyzing, creating, and implementing IT security measures and policies primarily based on ISO 2700X standards. The consultant will work closely with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance and educating staff on necessary security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT security analysis and produce governance documents (policies, guidelines, procedures) aligned with ISO 2700X standards.
• Recommend and implement security measures to meet compliance requirements.
• Inform and educate internal teams about security needs and actions.
• Adapt tasks based on the evolving nature of the project.

Essential Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience working in IT security, with high competence in system development and production of IT services.
• Proven knowledge and experience with ISO 2700X standards.
• Strong experience in designing and writing IT security governing documents.
• Swedish citizenship (mandatory for security clearance purposes).
• Swedish fluency is a must.
• Ability to work independently and lead smaller teams when required.
• Experience working with Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) guidelines and OWASP practices is desirable.

Security Clearance:

• This role requires Security Class 2, where the consultant and their partner will be vetted by SÄPO (Swedish Security Service).

Workplace:

• Hybrid working model with a base in Sundsvall or Stockholm.
• On-site presence is required at least one day per week or more, depending on project needs.
• Travel and accommodation costs for business trips to other locations will be covered by the client.

Contract Details:

• Initial contract: 2025-01-07 to 2025-07-06.
• Potential for three 6-month extensions, with a final possible extension until 2027-01-07.
