Your main responsibilities will include:

- Drive new business — identify prospective partners and position our services: metal‑structure fabrication, turnkey project delivery, mobile machining, and 3‑D laser scanning.
- Grow key accounts — maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Own the deal cycle — prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, manage documentation, and draft final agreements.
- Represent Scaleup OÜ — meet clients on‑site and showcase our capabilities at trade fairs and industry events across Scandinavia.
- Keep data sharp — build, update, and maintain a robust customer database.
- Shape strategy — develop sales plans and support flawless project execution.
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing / Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing or product‑development projects.
- Solid project‑management background.
- Working knowledge of mainstream engineering software (CAD/CAM/CAE).
- Fluent in English, knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be an advantage.
