Join a Global MedTech Leader!
We are searching for an experienced Senior Program Lead to spearhead SAP project delivery for a renowned client in the MedTech sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale projects that directly contribute to advancing medical technology. You’ll lead global SAP initiatives from Gothenburg, with hybrid work flexibility and exciting international travel to key locations such as India and Malaysia.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement SAP project roadmaps for multiple business areas. You’ll shape the way we deliver solutions, setting the tone for best practices.
  • Global Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end SAP project execution using the SAP Activate methodology, ensuring projects stay on track with time, budget, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with internal and external teams across continents, from Sweden to Southeast Asia, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Proactively manage resources, budget, and KPIs, ensuring full cost transparency while driving productivity and value.

Why This Role Matters:
This is more than just a role—it’s a chance to lead transformative projects in a sector that’s changing lives. You’ll be at the heart of innovation, managing large-scale SAP projects that enhance operational efficiency and enable breakthroughs in medical technology.

Who You Are:
To excel in this role, you’ll need a Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Science, along with at least 10 years of experience in SAP project delivery across global settings. Strong leadership and management abilities are essential, enabling you to integrate and optimize resources to meet program goals. You’ll also need sharp analytical skills and a logical approach, empowering you to design and enhance business processes independently.

Being customer-focused is key, as understanding both the known and emerging needs of the client’s customers will drive productivity and efficiency within SAP solutions. Your ability to analyze and drive change will be critical, as well as your capacity to view challenges from a broad perspective and adapt to shifting priorities with ease.

The role demands a systems-thinking approach to see how various elements interact within the larger context, and excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues in simple terms. You should also be comfortable delivering unwelcome news when necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships is crucial, requiring a high degree of interpersonal skills to navigate diverse teams and high-stress situations with diplomacy.

Experience leading change and transformation in an international environment is vital, particularly within matrix reporting structures and geographically dispersed teams. Success in this role will also depend on your ability to foster teamwork and collaboration, working closely with business leaders to drive results.
